Care and Repair Service

We ensure that your Renate Rose knitwear lasts a long time and retains its original quality. We offer professional care and restoration services:

  • Light washing – Gentle cleaning
  • Drying – Preservation of fiber elasticity
  • Defuzzing – Surface restoration.
  • Steaming / Ironing – Shape restoration
  • Repair – Damage correction.

Important: We are happy to take care of restoring your knitwear, but please note that we cannot remove stubborn and deep stains. In such cases, we recommend using dry cleaning services.

How to order the service?

For us to accurately fulfill your wishes, please include a note with your shipment indicating:

  • Instructions for the desired repair or care
  • Your phone number so we can contact you.

How to deliver the knitwear?

You can drop off the item in two ways:
