We take care to ensure that your Renate Rose knitwear lasts a long time and retains its original quality. We offer professional care and restoration services:
- Gentle Washing – Delicate cleaning
- Drying – Maintaining fiber elasticity
- De-pilling – Surface restoration
- Steaming / Ironing – Shape restoration
- Repair – Fixing damages
Important: We are happy to take care of restoring your knitwear, but please note that we cannot remove stubborn and deep stains. In such cases, we recommend using professional dry cleaning services.
How to request a service?
To ensure we meet your requirements accurately, please include a note with your shipment specifying:
- Instructions regarding the desired repair or care
- Your phone number so we can contact you.
